Breast Lift or Mastopexy is designed to improve the tone of the breasts and to reshape the sagging breasts. The excess skin and tissue is reduced, reshaped and reset with relocation of the nipple. It can be combined with insertion of silicone implant in cases of involution after lactation to improve fullness and tone. Mastopexy is usually done under general anesthesia and does not require hospitalization.
